The church of the former Premonstratensian friary of Villoria de Órbigo, declared a Bien de Interés Cultural (Spain's highest level of heritage protection) on 17 December 1992. It opens for worship only on 28 January, the feast of San Tirso, in one of the most singular occasions in the valley.
