The signature of Juan de Piasca

Historical milestone · Rebolledo de la Torre, Páramos, Burgos

Image of Rebolledo de la Torre, not of the place itself.

The gallery bears carved on it the signature of its maker, Juan de Piasca, together with the year 1186, a very rare case of a Romanesque work with its authorship and date documented in the building's own stone.
