The Pedagogical Missions in Serranillos

The poet Luis Cernuda and the ethnographer Quiliano Blanco arrived with the Pedagogical Missions of the Republic (1931-1936). Blanco left it written that the village's men travelled Spain with mules selling olives, peppers and laurel branches.
