Chalcolithic Settlement and Roman Villa of Huecas Monument · Huecas, Torrijos, Toledo Image of Huecas, not of the place itself. The district of Huecas preserves the remains of a Chalcolithic settlement from the third millennium BC in the Valle de las Higueras, near the village, still under study. West of the present-day hamlet, the Romans established a villa of which remains from the 3rd and 4th centuries survive, where coins from the time of Constantine the Great have been found, evidence of very ancient settlement in the municipality.
