Winter festival with a house-to-house distribution of aniseed bread rolls, a procession, the blessing of food, and a bonfire of cork-oak wood. It is held on 20 January, the feast of Saint Sebastian: the stewards of the festival offer donations and hand out aniseed bread rolls from house to house, there is a procession and blessing of the food, and a hut of cork-oak wood is built for the final bonfire.
