The oil of the Sierra de San Vicente

The olive grove shares slopes with the chestnut and the Pyrenean oak wood and is pressed in mills of the comarca itself. The oil goes into the migas, into the chanfaina and into the stewed potatoes, the everyday dishes of the sierra repertoire.
