Cylindrical tower clad in brick, situated at one of the highest points in Valmojado. Documents from the 16th century place in the area a small fortification, a silo and a lodging place for the guards of the city of Segovia. It has visual contact with the remains of another tower of the same characteristics in Casarrubios del Monte, three kilometres away. Specialists do not rule out a defensive origin, later reused as a sheepfold, silo, dovecote or windmill, although there are no reliable references confirming this last use, which remains a matter of debate among local scholars.
