Los Mayordomos de Valmojado Activity · Valmojado, La Sagra, Toledo Image of Valmojado, not of the place itself. Easter tradition of Valmojado in which four young people from the village, two boys and two girls, called mayordomos, collect money and goods door to door throughout the year so that, on Easter Monday or Lamb's Day, they can wash and adorn a ewe and a lamb and parade them through the streets to the square, where the day ends with a popular dance. Its origins link the Mesta tradition with the extinct Santísimo Sacramento confraternity (16th century). Semana Santa y Pascua Photo: dj-rob (CC BY-SA 3.0) What to see and do in Valmojado
