El Quiñón and the growth of Seseña

The housing developments raised beside the A-4, with El Quiñón at their head, took the municipality from 21,558 inhabitants in 2015 to more than 30,000 in 2025. Seseña is today the fourth town of the province and its growth has stabilised.
