The passing to the infante Alfonso de la Cerda

In 1331 Alfonso XI detached the town from the Segovian common lands and handed it to the infante Alfonso de la Cerda. So began a long succession of lords that went on until the eighteenth century and that left the Mudéjar castle as its testimony.
