Church of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción de La Villa de Don Fadrique Monument · La Villa de Don Fadrique, La Mancha de Toledo, Toledo 16th-century parish church in Gothic-Renaissance style in La Villa de Don Fadrique (La Mancha de Toledo, Toledo), the main monument in the municipality. Its original construction was completed in 1537, with a single nave divided into five bays, a barrel vault with lunettes and a main chapel covered by a half-dome. It preserves a late Gothic western portal, another southern one in the Doric order, and a Gothic-plateresque baptismal font from 1548. In 1777 the chapel of the Cristo del Consuelo was added, and in the 18th century the interior was renovated in late Baroque and Neoclassical styles after a probable fire; the three-tiered bell tower dates from the early 20th century.
