Building from 1876 declared a Bien de Interés Cultural (Spain's highest level of heritage protection) on 17 June 1992, one of the most distinctive examples of civil architecture in the La Campana de Oropesa district. Its most characteristic feature is a semicircular arch that, beneath a barrel vault, links two streets of the town.
