Designation of origin created in 1992 and regulated in 1993 that covers monofloral rosemary and lavender honeys and multifloral honeys of the comarca. The aroma comes from the thyme, the rosemary and the lavender of the moorlands, between 600 and 1,100 metres of altitude.
