Shepherd's migas

Stale bread chopped and moistened that is fried slowly with garlic, oil and torreznos until it comes loose in grains. It was the breakfast of the shepherds of the Alcarria moorlands and today it is served with grapes or with fried egg at the gastronomic events of the surrounding towns.
