A temple consecrated in 1541 in Torralba de Calatrava (Campo de Calatrava, Ciudad Real), with a 16th-century interior formed by a single, ample nave. It preserves a magnificent Mudejar coffered ceiling by Martín de Cuartas and a relief from the vanished main altarpiece, built in the early 17th century. The tabernacle holds a copy of Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
