Saline wetland in the municipal area of Higueruela, near Villar de Chinchilla, part of the group of steppe lagoons in eastern Albacete. It lies a few kilometres from the village, level with the railway station on the Madrid-Alicante line, and is surrounded by three small hamlets: El Salobralejo, la Casa de Justi and Emiliete.
