The Garnacha Tintorera of Higueruela

A red-fleshed variety, rare in Spain and dominant in these uplands of the Monte Ibérico, which gives dense, deeply colored wines of ripe fruit. The wines made in the village have been repeatedly awarded prizes outside the comarca.
