Main festivities of Higueruela (Monte Ibérico-Corredor de Almansa, Albacete) in honour of Saint Quiteria, with two processions because the village venerates two images of the saint: the more recent one goes out in the morning procession on 22 May and the older one in the afternoon procession on the 23rd. The parish church holds a small Gothic-Renaissance sculpture of the saint. On the Saturdays of May, the commissions' communal meals, the crowning of the court of honour and a pilgrimage follow one another, completing the festive programme.
