The patronal festivals of Ontur in honour of San José are held from 17 to 21 March, with encierros, a float parade, bonfires and carretillas, a reveille, a street parade, a cycling race and a fireworks castle, among other activities. In the days beforehand the queens and maids of honour of the festivities are chosen and crowned by means of dances and a popular vote.
