The territory of Vilaflor de Chasna borders to the north on the Parque Nacional del Teide, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO on 28 June 2007. The municipality's Canary pine forest climbs up to 2,370 metres, and the rock formation of El Sombrerito rises to 2,400 metres; the highest point in the municipality reaches 2,848 metres.
