Space created by César Manrique in a stretch of the same Corona volcanic tube as the Cueva de los Verdes, opened to the public in 1966 and officially inaugurated in 1977. It includes a lake with the endemic blind, albino cave crab Munidopsis polymorpha, an auditorium and, since 1987, the Casa de los Volcanes.
