Salillas de Jalón celebrates its festivities beside its brick Mudéjar tower, one of the examples of Aragonese Mudéjar in the region. The municipality's festive calendar includes three celebrations: Santa Quiteria, on 22 May; the Virgen del Rosario, on the first Sunday of October, which is the main patron saint festival; and San Martín, on 11 November.
