Roast ternasco lamb and chicken chilindrón

The two reference roasts of the comarca are oven-roasted ternasco, covered by the Ternasco de Aragón indication, and chicken in chilindrón, stewed with pepper, tomato and ham. They are accompanied by migas with grapes or with tomato depending on the village.
