Ternasco of the dry lands of the ribera

The pastures of the steppes that separate the Ebro from the Monegros keep flocks of rasa aragonesa sheep whose meat comes under the Protected Geographical Indication Ternasco de Aragón. It is prepared roasted in the oven or stewed with potato and paprika.
