The pine forest of Zuera, the largest mass of Aleppo pine in the surroundings of Zaragoza, gives in autumn saffron milk caps and king trumpet mushrooms that are gathered for domestic consumption and for the restaurants of the comarca. They are prepared grilled or stewed with meat.
