October 1934 and the repression in Uncastillo

The revolution of October 1934 provoked clashes between day labourers and the Civil Guard in Uncastillo. In 1936 the Francoist repression shot the socialist mayor Antonio Plano and close to one hundred and forty left-wing residents of the villa.
