Roman city of Los Bañales

Historical milestone · Uncastillo, Cinco Villas, Zaragoza

Site of some 24 hectares occupied from the second century BC, with monumental baths, a forum and an aqueduct of which more than seventy sandstone pillars remain standing. It was abandoned in the third century and has been systematically excavated since 1942.
