Plenas's winter festival is held in the birthplace of Manuela Sancho, one of the heroines of the Sieges of Zaragoza, to whom an ethnographic museum is dedicated; it also preserves the church of Nuestra Señora de la Piedad, from the 16th century with an 18th-century Baroque tower.
