Parish Church of Lécera Monument · Lécera, Campo de Belchite, Zaragoza Image of Lécera, not of the place itself. The parish church of Lécera, dedicated to Santa María Magdalena, is the town's main architectural landmark. Built in Baroque style on a Mudéjar base, it preserves three naves with a transept and a five-sided polygonal apse closed by a dome over the crossing. The interior decoration, of Baroque stucco and sgraffito, covers almost all of the original Mudéjar elements. On the outside a four-tier tower stands out, the first square in plan and the following ones octagonal. In 1686 the chapel of Santa Cenobia was added on the south side of the crossing.
