Church of Codo Monument · Codo, Campo de Belchite, Zaragoza The parish church of Codo (Campo de Belchite, Zaragoza), dedicated to San Bernardo, was built in the 17th century on the base of an earlier Mudéjar temple, from which it preserves the tower, square in plan with an octagonal upper section. The interior, in Aragonese Baroque style, is covered with barrel vaults with lunettes in the naves and a hemispherical dome on pendentives over the crossing; on the outside, in brick, buttresses separate the side chapels beneath a triangular pediment on the entrance façade.
