Migas of the Aranda valley

The shepherds' migas, made with stale bread moistened and fried with garlic, oil and bacon fat, are served accompanied by longaniza, grapes or chocolate. They were the breakfast of the valley's day laborers and today are prepared at group meals and pilgrimage festivals.
