The patronal festivities of Royuela are celebrated on 24 August in honor of San Bartolomé, with the changing of local offices, the distribution of bread and wine, bull runs, embolada young-bull events and traditional dances; on the fourth Sunday of September the Virgen de los Dolores is also celebrated.
