The church of the Asunción de Jabaloyas is a 15th- and 16th-century parish church, with a bell tower and an exterior atrium also from the 16th century. It already appears documented in the mid-19th century in Pascual Madoz's geographical dictionary, which describes it as a parish church served by a cura de término (senior-rank priest).
