Saffron milk caps of the red sandstone pine forests

The pine forests on red sandstone give abundant rebollones in autumn, the local name for the saffron milk cap, as well as other seasonal mushrooms. They are prepared grilled with garlic and parsley or stewed with meat from the slaughter.
