Church of Sarrión Monument · Sarrión, Gúdar-Javalambre, Teruel Parish church of Sarrión, capital of Teruel's black truffle, dedicated to San Pedro. Built in masonry and ashlar in the 17th century, it has a Jesuit floor plan and stands out for its rich sgraffito decoration inside. On the outside rises a three-tier tower where the white-and-red bichromy of the stone and brick creates a striking visual effect, and a short distance away stands the thick drum that serves as the base for the crossing dome.
