Saffron milk-cap mushrooms of the sierra pine forests

The high-altitude pine forests give in autumn rebollones, the local name for the saffron milk cap, as well as king trumpet mushrooms and morels in spring. They are prepared grilled with garlic and parsley or accompanying the meats of the slaughter.
