Agricultural landscape of Vinaceite

Vinaceite, at the western edge of the Bajo Martín, sits on the banks of the Aguasvivas amid a landscape of rainfed cereal farming with barley as the dominant crop. An ongoing project, with an investment of 21 million euros, will convert almost 1,400 hectares of this traditional rainfed land to irrigation.
