Guadalope River in Alcorisa Nature · Alcorisa, Bajo Aragón, Teruel Image of Alcorisa, not of the place itself. Stretch of the Guadalope river as it passes through Alcorisa, in the Bajo Aragón area of Teruel province. The Guadalope is the second-longest tributary of the Ebro's right bank, after the Jalón, with a length of 160 kilometres and a basin of around 3,890 km²; it rises in the Sierra de Gúdar, near Villarroya de los Pinares and Miravete de la Sierra, and is the best-regulated river in Aragon, with the Santolea, Calanda and Civán reservoirs along its course. On its tributary the Guadalopillo, which flows through the district of Alcorisa before joining the Guadalope, lies the Berge-Alcorisa reservoir.
