The discovery of the last dinosaurs of Europe

At the start of the 21st century, bones found in the final Cretaceous layers of the municipal area of Arén gave their name to two hadrosaurs new to science, Arenysaurus and Blasisaurus, which lived about 66 million years ago at the edge of the sea.
