Reservoir of Santa Ana Nature · Castillonroy, La Litera, Huesca A reservoir on the border between the provinces of Huesca and Lérida, downstream from the Canelles reservoir, on the Noguera Ribagorzana river, on the boundary between La Litera and Catalonia. It has a capacity of 236.60 hm³ and is used for drinking water supply, electricity generation and irrigation. The old village of Tragó de Noguera was submerged beneath its waters. The dam was inaugurated on 12 November 1970, and in 2026 a water treatment plant was under construction. The reservoir feeds the Canal de Piñana, which supplies the city of Lérida and irrigates part of its comarca, and it also contributes part of the flow of the Aragón and Catalonia Canal.
