Dryland shepherd's migas

On the dry plains that link with Monegros the recipe for migas is preserved: stale bread crumbled and moistened, sautéed with garlic, oil and bacon, served with longaniza or with grapes. It was the shepherds' food and today it is a restaurant starter.
