Six wayside crosses traditionally mark the old entrances to the village: the Cruz del Pozo Nuevo, the Cruz de la Carrera, the Cruz del Diezmo, the Cruz del Almarchar, the Cruz Quiteria (next to the Hacienda de Lópaz) and a sixth with no documented name, a legacy of a deep-rooted local Christian tradition.
