La fortificación de Omar Ben Hafsún en Tolox

The castle of Tolox was fortified by Umar ibn Hafsun in 883. After the Christian reconquest of 1485 the town was handed over to the Marquis of Villena; in 1568 it suffered a Morisco uprising, and in 1571 Philip II ordered its resettlement.
