Monument · Las Torres de Cotillas, Vega Media del Segura, Murcia

Image of Las Torres de Cotillas, not of the place itself.

A railway station building from the late 19th century, now converted into a restaurant. It formed part of the Murcia–Albacete section of the Chinchilla–Cartagena line, which reached Las Torres de Cotillas in 1865; the railway was key to the municipality's economic activity. Today, restored, it operates as a restaurant and has been visited by the chef Alberto Chicote on his television programme.
