The pastries of Cieza have in the trenza their best-known piece: puff pastry filled with egg yolk cream, macerated raisins, walnuts and peaches from the municipal district. They are accompanied by the orange rings and the tortas de pan dormido, made in the traditional bakeries of the municipality.
