Ethnographic celebration held in November by the peña huertana El Caracol cultural association, which revives traditional trades, customs and cuisine from the Cieza market gardens. The programme includes craft displays, ethnographic exhibitions and oral-tradition sessions. In recent years its musical side, the Cieza Caracol Folk, has gained prominence, with performances by artists such as Manuel Luna.
