Popular festival of Cieza held on 3 May, one of the most notable days on the local calendar, with crosses decorated at various points around the town. Its central act is the procession of the Santísimo Cristo del Consuelo, which leaves the church of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción for its hermitage accompanied by the townspeople.
