The cession of the hamlet of Campos to the council of Mula

Historical milestone · Campos del Río, Río Mula, Murcia

Image of Campos del Río, not of the place itself.

Alfonso X handed over in 1257 by wheeled privilege the village of Campos to the council of Mula, on which it would depend for almost six centuries; the village lived from the irrigated land of the river Mula and from a bridge that was an obligatory crossing towards the plain.
