Ramblas of Mascosa and Zurca Nature · Abanilla, Oriental, Murcia Image of Abanilla, not of the place itself. Seasonal watercourses that run through the municipality of Abanilla and feed into the río Chícamo. The rambla Mascosa, next to the road from El Partidor to El Salado, collects the waters that fall south of Macisvenda and shortly afterwards flows into the rambla de la Zurca, one of the most important tributaries of the Chícamo, which in turn collects the waters from the Barinas area and the badlands of El Salado Alto, prone to floods of great magnitude.
