The hermitage of Saint Helena, in Caravaca de la Cruz (Murcia), stands on the plaza de los Caballos del Vino, also called the plaza del Hoyo, presided over by a sculpture commemorating this Caravaca festival. It forms part, together with the hermitages of Saint Sebastian and de la Reja, of the group of small churches that dot the municipality.
